This body of work explores the tension between the constructed self and the essential self—between the persona and what lies beneath it. It reflects the dual structure of human existence: the external world of identity and desire, and the inner pull toward awareness and transcendence.
Elongated, often androgynous figures inhabit a liminal space between these states. Faceless and suspended, they resist fixed interpretation, allowing the viewer to enter a direct, open field of perception.
Existing between the human and the surreal, these figures remain in a state of transition—where the boundary between reality and unreality is left deliberately unresolved.
